What is the time commitment?

The commitment, including the duration of the relationship as well as the frequency of meeting with your mentor/mentee, will need to be discussed at the start of the relationship and should be based on the availability of both individuals and needs of the mentee. Most mentor-mentees opt to meet monthly, for at least one year, and decide to either continue or terminate the relationship after the first year. (There is no required time limit.)

What is the process for matching mentors to mentees?

Mentees will complete an online application form and indicate their facility type, area of interest or their greatest need of support and mentoring.
