Hotel Hot Springs Group Rate

You may call 877.623.6697 to make a reservation. Identify yourself as being with a group (Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals).

Go to www.hotelhotsprings.org . Click “Book Now". This will take you to the “Reservation” page to enter your arrival and departure dates. Click "Book Now" and then click "Enter It Now" beside "Have a Promo or Group Code?" under "Additional Options." This will allow you to enter the group’s special code and click "Update".

The special discounted room rate of $124.00 Single Occupancy, $134.00 Double Occupancy, $144.00 Triple Occupancy, and $154.00 Quad Occupancy is only available through Friday, September 12, 2025. The Hotel Hot Springs will continue to accept your reservations after the cut-off date on a space and rate available basis. The Hotel Hot Springs reserves the right to discontinue offering contracted rates following the cut-off date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be at the best available rate.
