The grant I received was much appreciated and allowed me to attend the Saratoga Springs Regional Meeting for much less out of pocket costs. The information provided and opportunities to network with other attendees and vendors will be useful at my current employment. I will use the information presented to attempt to affect changes to the menus and food presentation, especially in terms of the pureed menu items and the team building strategies when I am part of a team here. The Food Allergy Certificate training was also excellent and of great value in my long-term care facility.
