Palamara is the Culinary Instructor for Coastal Alabama Community College at the Gulf Shores, AL campus. CACC is an ACF accredited culinary program and offers both certificates and Associate Degrees in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Pastry/Baking, and Event Planning.
