Professional Development Services Associate

ANFP is seeking a highly self-motivated, personable, organized, hard-working individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The associate is responsible for providing effective and outstanding customer service by using in-depth knowledge of company programs, products, and procedures, and must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Development Services, the position works cross-departmentally with staff teams.
