Each CDM, CFPP has a special relationship with the credential as well as an interesting story about how they began working in foodservice and the many places their career has taken them over the years. We want to know how YOU started working in food service, how ANFP has helped you adjust to your new career, and advice you may have for those looking to pursue the credential!  

Qualifications for this Recognition Feature: 

Early Career CDM, CFPP submissions (in self-recorded and written format) will be featured on the ANFP website, ANFPtv, on our social media pages, and in Nutrition & Foodservice Edge magazine. 

  • Nominee must be in their 1st career or 2nd career. 
  • Nominee must have no more than five years as an ANFP member.
  • Nominee must be CDM, CFPP certified with less than five years in certification tenure.

Video criteria: The video portion of this recognition feature is self-recorded, has no filters applied, and is in landscape orientation. The formats accepted are .MP4 and .MOV. Note: This can be recorded on your phone and submitted to marketing@ANFPonline.org.
