Questions & Answers
Q: Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
A: Yes, you will receive an e-mail message with your user ID and password. Please keep this information in a safe place. You will need the user ID and password each time you login.
Q: Does my CE report show the detail or just total hours?
A: It shows both. The report also shows you when your three-year certification period starts and ends. Additionally, you can see all of the CE activity you reported and the required documentation that you have uploaded for each reported CE activity.
Q: How quickly do reported activities appear in My Certification?
A: Your CE report is updated and current as soon as you enter the CE activity and upload required documentation for each of the CE activities. Beginning June 1, 2019, all CE activities must be reported and supporting documentation uploaded via My Certification. Physical, e-mailed, or faxed documentation sent to CBDM will not be accepted or returned. CDMs must upload electronically all required documentation via My Certification. If you do not have your own computer, consider other options such as mobile devices, tablets, or utilizing public computers, for example, at a local library.
