Here are the Requirements in an interactive form.
These forms should be completed within two weeks of a program change as noted in the requirements.
Forms 1.1 Accreditation: This form should be updated with any organizational changes to the program.
Form 1.2A Program Staff Qualifications: This form should be used for all faculty change. Additional documentation required as noted in the form.
Form 1.2B Program Director Qualifications: These forms should be used when a Program Director change takes place. Additional documentation required as noted in the form.

Exam Content Outline – Effective March 2021
Every five years, a job analysis survey is conducted to validate and update the Detailed Content Outline upon which the CDM Credentialing Exam, the ANFP training program curriculum, and subsequent materials such as the textbooks are based.

CDM Credentialing Exam Live Review Course
Available for license for a one-year period. This course is designed to be delivered in an interactive format through face to face, live video conference, or recorded video conference, and covers all the competencies outlined in the Exam Content Outline. The course length is a minimum of eight hours but may be delivered in two, 4-hour segments and includes 100 previously used test questions. This course has been updated with expanded instructor notes and multiple-choice knowledge checks by domain. All questions are available in Respondus format.
The instructor requirements are the same as the Nutrition and Foodservice Management Training Program. For more information on the ANFP curriculum, the CDM Credentialing Exam Live Review Course, or if you are interested in reviewing a sample of either curriculum, please contact the ANFP Education Department at education@ANFPonline.org.

ANFP Approved Training programs are required to submit enrollment rosters with student permission on a monthly basis or as your course begins. This assists ANFP if effectively communicating crucial information to enrollees. Submit your enrollment lists here.

As an ANFP Approved Training program, graduates of your program are eligible to sit for the CDM Credentialing Exam under Pathway I or Pathway IIIb. Eligibility requires candidates to be listed on the official graduate list provided to ANFP by the college. Submit your graduates here.
