I can't log into my ANFP Account.
Here are a few suggested things you can do to ensure you are able to access your account upon logging in:- Make sure you're using the correct password.
- Try switching to a different web browser. If you're using Chrome, switch to Edge. If you're using Edge, switch to Chrome.
- Clear your cache or browser history. In Chrome, this setting is located under three vertical dots (upper right) > delete browsing data > choose All Time. In Edge, it's the same location/commands only the three dots are displayed horizontally instead of vertically.
- Try switching to a different device. If you're using your laptop, switch to another computer or your phone.
- Try logging in from a different location/internet connection. If you're having problems at work, try logging in from home and vice versa. If the problem only exists when logging in from a corporate system, the ANFP site may be blocked. Consult your IT team and ask them to unblock the site.
- If you're attempting to login using the red Login button on the ANFP website at www.anfponline.org, try logging into the Member Portal directly by opening a new browser tab and entering this URL: https://nf.anfponline.org/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?WebCode=LoginRequired&expires=yes&Site=ANFP
- Call ANFP Member Services to see if they can log into your account using your password on their own device.
