Chapter Rebate Revised Requirements
Chapters need to submit the following as soon as possible in order to be eligible for the second rebate.
- Bank statements for the month of October 2020 to ANFP Headquarters
- Most recent copy of bylaws
- Most recent copy of policies & procedures
- Revised chapter achievement report (part 2)
- 990 e-receipt (if not submitted prior)
