Officers entered in Chapter Portal for future volunteer year (Officers must be entered each year regardless of length of term.) – Due June 1

Code of Conduct - Signed by Chapter President, President- Elect, Treasurer, Secretary - Due June 1

Affiliate Agreement – Reviewed, signed and submitted to National – Due June 15

Submit end of the year financial statement by June 30 each year (for the previous fiscal year) to ANFP Headquarters - Due June 15
