St. Charles, IL – The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) hosted its 2025 Annual Conference & Expo (ACE) in Bloomington, MN from June 23-26, 2025.

More than 300 attendees gathered at the Mall of America for four days of networking, education, and special events. Education started off with an opening keynote session called, “Be Who You Came to Be: Create, Own & Live the Life You Deserve and Desire,” presented by Tara Renze.

Education sessions covered topics such as financial management, professional growth, artificial intelligence, food safety, mental health, and more. The closing keynote session was presented by John Kriesel.

Along with education sessions, participants were able to attend a two-day expo held on Tuesday, June 24, and Wednesday, June 25 to network with nearly 40 exhibiting companies. Exhibitors displayed a variety of foodservice products, innovations, and trends.

Many special events were also held throughout the conference. These included a pre-conference session called “Harness the Power of Individual Tendencies”, First Time Attendees Meet & Greet, Opening Reception, Networking Breakfast, Expo Networking Lounge, Meet the Board Mixer, and a 5K Mall Walk Across America where attendees walked through all four floors of the mall.

On Tuesday, June 24, ANFP hosted the Purple Rain Honors Gala, where individuals were recognized with awards for demonstrating the highest level of dedication to the association and the industry. Award recipients are listed here, and acceptance speeches may be viewed on ANFPtv.

ANFP’s philanthropic arm, the Nutrition & Foodservice Education Foundation (NFEF), hosted a silent auction for attendees.
