St. Charles, IL – The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals will celebrate its 35th annual "Pride in Foodservice Week" February 2-6, 2026.

Originally established by ANFP in 1991, Pride in Foodservice Week encourages foodservice industry employees, employers, and friends to celebrate the vital work non-commercial nutrition and foodservice professionals perform every day. Facilities are encouraged to plan special events to honor these individuals’ hard work and dedication to client care.

ANFP members celebrate Pride in Foodservice Week in their facilities across the country in a variety of ways, including spotlighting employees on bulletin boards, developing special menus, hosting staff dinners, or organizing food drives.

For this year’s Pride in Foodservice Week, individuals are encouraged to fill out a survey telling us what makes them proud to be in foodservice. Participants may also share their celebrations on social media through photos and using the hashtag #PIFSW. By celebrating within social media platforms, this recognition week works to connect foodservice professionals in the online digital space.
