St. Charles, IL – The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) will celebrate its 34th annual “Pride in Foodservice Week” February 3-7, 2025.
Originally established by ANFP in 1991, Pride in Foodservice Week encourages foodservice industry employees, employers, and friends to celebrate the vital work non-commercial nutrition and foodservice professionals perform on a daily basis. Facilities are encouraged to plan special events to honor these individuals’ hard work and dedication to client care.
ANFP members celebrate Pride in Foodservice Week in their facilities across the country in a variety of innovative ways, such as spotlighting employees on bulletin boards, developing special menus, hosting staff dinners, or organizing food drives.
For this year’s Pride in Foodservice Week, participants are invited to share their celebrations with ANFP on social media and fill out a survey telling us what makes them proud to be in foodservice. By celebrating within social media platforms, this recognition week works to connect foodservice professionals in the online digital space and foster comradery within the industry.
