St. Charles, IL – The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) hosted its 2026 Annual Conference & Expo (ACE) in Orlando, FL, from June 15-17, 2026.
Over 200 attendees met at the Rosen Centre Hotel for three days of networking, education, and special events. Education started off with an opening keynote session “Beyond Coping: How to Foster Resilience, Connection, and Happiness in the Workplace” presented by Johnny Crowder.Education sessions covered topics such as mental health, leadership, artificial intelligence, professional growth, and more. The closing keynote session was presented by Food Network Chopped winner, Chef Ed Harris.
Participants also attended an expo on Tuesday, June 16, to network with nearly 40 exhibiting companies. Exhibitors displayed a variety of foodservice products, innovations, and trends.
Special events were also held throughout the conference. These included a pre-conference session “Follow the Speaker: A Leadership, Speaking and Communication Skills Workshop,” Welcoming Reception/Meet the Board, First Time Attendees Meet & Greet, and Networking Lunch.
On Monday, June 15, ANFP hosted the Neon Nights Honors Gala, where individuals were recognized with awards for demonstrating the utmost level of dedication to the association and the industry. Award recipients are listed here, and acceptance speeches may be viewed on ANFPtv.
ANFP's ACE 2027 will be held June 23-25, 2027, in Las Vegas, NV, at Planet Hollywood.
ANFP is a national not-for-profit association established in 1960 that represents nearly 12,000 professional members dedicated to the mission of providing optimum nutritional care through nutrition and foodservice management. ANFP members work in hospitals, long-term care facilities, correctional facilities and other non-commercial food settings.
