With fall meetings in full swing, chapter leaders can make the most of the meeting planning experience and train incoming officers with hands-on training or allow them to shadow current chapter leaders throughout the process. President/President-Elect Training – This webinar covers the role and responsibilities of the president/president-elect. It also covers board meeting need-to-knows, Robert’s Rules of Order pointers, governing documents, and what is required for the chapter rebates and how to complete these requirements. Chapter Treasurer Budget & Finance – While similar to the Financial Management webinar listed above, this course dives into the treasurer's role in more detail. Additionally, it walks learners through the step-by-step process of creating a budget and tools to help the treasurer manage the chapter’s finances.
