Cancellation of Meetings
ANFP reserves the right to cancel a meeting at its discretion. Registrants will be notified by e-mail. in the event of meeting cancellation, registration fees are refundable.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the meeting in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the meeting date. Please e-mail written cancellation requests to finance@ANFPonline.org.
All requests must be received in writing. There is a $30 fee on all ACH rejections or reversals. Every effort will be made to process refunds within four to six weeks of receipt.
Photography & Filming
Audio and video will be captured on Zoom during the meeting. Attendees hereby grant ANFP and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the meeting and distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
