Joey’s Recipe for Success

  1. Bring Your Allspice “A” Game - Attitude, Appearance, Ambition, Appreciation, and Accountablity.
  2. Marinate Your Passion - Growing up, both of my grandmas were school cooks. Before I finished breakfast, I was already planning what to have for dinner. I love to cook and try new things.
  3. Cookie Scoop of Pride - Take pride in everything you do.  Always celebrate your success and learn from your mistakes.
  4. Saute Your Leadership – You are always on stage, so be amazing and lead by example. Bring out the GREATNESS in others. Inspire the Uninspired.
  5. Slow Cook Your Learning – Every day can be a challenge, so we must be able to “learn like yeast” and rise to the top like bread.
  6. Bake Your Gratitude – It only takes 6 seconds to show someone gratitude. Gratitude is the most magnetic trait, and everyone loves to feel appreciated. A simple thank you can go a long way.
  7. Simmer With Less Stress And More Joy - We have to deal with problems every day.  So, fix which problems you can control with a solution. And if there is a problem out of your control just LET IT GO.
  8. Cooling Rack Of Communication - Be open to all forms of feedback. We cannot fix what we are not aware of. “Can’t” and “Impossible” are not in my vocabulary because anything is possible so MAKE IT HAPPEN.
  9. Cool Whip Of FUN - Create an environment where people love coming to work every day.  If you love what you do you will never work a day in your life.
  10. Top It Off With Volunteering - Provide selfless service and give back to your community. Now that you have read all the instructions within this Recipe for Success, I challenge you to get involved and volunteer in life and your life will be a success.
