Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Substitutions/Transfers
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the meeting in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the meeting date.
Substitution requests must be received in writing no later than 7 days prior to the start of the meeting. Transfers to another meeting will be granted no later than 14 days prior to the start of the original meeting, less a $50 processing fee.
All transfer requests must be received in writing and will only be eligible toward a future meeting within 12 months of the original meeting.
