1. Log-on
Visit www.ANFPonline.org and follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
- Select Login on the top-right corner of the page
- Under Login, type in your e-mail address and password
- Your password is your ANFP membership number unless your have personalized it to something specific upon joining online
- Select Login

2. Update your profile
Making sure that your contact information is correct is extremely crucial. It allows ANFP to better communicate your member benefits with you without any interruptions. Here you can make corrections as needed or add information that is currently not listed. Follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
- Visit www.ANFPonline.org and Login (see step 1 for instructions)
- Select My Account link located on top of the page next to where it reads “Welcome, [your name]”
- You now will land on your My Information page. Here you may edit or add fields on your record.
- Select Edit Primary Info to make corrections to your mailing address or select Edit Contact Info to update your phone number and/or ADD to additional information that is currently not displaying.
- Upon completion of editing and/or adding additional fields, please remember to select the Save/Finish button each and every time. Otherwise, your changes will not save to your ANFP record.

3. Membership Timeline:
Your membership is valid through August 31. Below is a helpful guide to explain the timeline of your membership:
June 1
or first business day after
Your invoice will be placed into the online Member Portal account under My Transactions. ANFP will send you e-mail reminders regarding your invoice.
Note: Hard copy invoices are not mailed until they are past due.
August 31
All renewal fees are due.
September 1
or first business day after
Late fees are placed into the Member Portal account for not renewing fees by the August 31 deadline.
November 1
or first business day after
Additional certification late fees are placed into the Member Portal account.
December 1
Reinstatement fees are placed into the Member Portal account.
4. ANFPConnect:
ANFPConnect is truly a great way for you to link with your colleagues, share your ideas, and network with members and industry professionals.
How it Works
Follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
- Visit www.ANFPonline.org and Login (Step1)
- Select ANFPConnect link located on top of the page below Member Portal link.
- The page that will apper is ANFPConnect Rules & Etiquette. Please read the entire message before agreeing to the rules. You will not be able to proceed further until you select I Agree at the bottom of the page.
- Familiarize yourself with the Help/FAQs tab. There are many helpful tips on this page that will more than likely answer all of your questions.
Join a Discussion
We recommend you view the Open Forum and join a discussion. This is a great way for members to share resources with each other. Follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
- Select Communities tab
- From the dropdown, select My Communities
- The only one that will currently appear is Open Forum. To read the current discussions within it you can simply select the Open Forum title. To access a library of documents ranging from the latest issue of Nutrition & Foodservice Edge to sample policies and job descriptions, click on the Library tab.
- To receive a daily summary of ANFPConnect Open Forum messages sent to your e-mail, select the Settings button next to Open Forum. Modify your settings to Daily Digest and save.

5. ANFP Job Board
Looking for the perfect job? Need to fill an open position with the most qualified candidate? The ANFP Job Board is the best online resource to search, apply, and post open positions for a range of foodservice and nutrition careers across the country.The ANFP Job Board is the best-available online resource to post open positions or to search for and apply to a range of nutrition and foodservice careers across the country. Follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
Finding Jobs
- Visit www.ANFPonline.org
- From the red bar menu, select the Resources tab
- From the drop menu select Career Center
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the title ANFP Job Board, then click on the red View the Job Board button.
- You are now on the Job Board page. You may select the links on the page to view current positions.
Posting Jobs
You can search through the currently posted jobs by visiting the ANFP Job Board page. If you wish to apply to a given job post, you will need to view the individual job post for application details. Follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
- From the red bar menu, select the Resources tab
- From the drop menu select Career Center
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Post on the Job Board button
- Select Login to log into your account or to create a new account
- Fill out all applicable required fields to create an account
- Select the Post an Open Position button then click the Add to Cart button to purchase the job post ($59 for members, $89 for non-members)
- Upon completion of the purchasing process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This will include a link to a form for your job board information.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your job post
6. Locate Calendar of Events
If you are wondering what events are happening and when, this is a great tool. Visit www.ANFPonline.org and follow the step-by-step directions listed below:
- Select Events & Recognition from the red menu bar
- Then click on Upcoming Events from the drop-down menu
- Under ANFP Events you will see a list of all currently planned events. Click on the title or the red Learn More link under the event to learn more about the given event.
For Chapter Events:
- Select Events & Recognition from the red menu bar
- Then click on Upcoming Events from the drop-down menu
- Scroll down the page until you see the Chapter Events section
- To learn more about the chapter event for your state, click on the title or the Learn More link in red
