My journey in healthcare and foodservice has been one of continuous learning and growth. From working in dietary operations to becoming a Certified Dietary Manager and now serving as a Regional Director of Operations for Culinary and Environmental Services, I have always believed that food, hospitality, and compassionate service play a vital role in quality of life—especially for seniors and those in long-term care.
The opportunity to attend ACE means so much to me. It allows me to continue expanding my knowledge, strengthening my leadership skills, and learning from some of the best professionals in our industry. The education and inspiration I gain will not only benefit me personally but will also positively impact the teams I lead and the residents and patients we serve across multiple communities.
