The goal of the Arkansas Chapter of Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals is to promote safe and healthy eating through food service education and to support national ANFP in reaching its goals.

This website has been created to offer information as needed to the members of the Arkansas Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals and to the general public.AR DMA 2011

Serving safe foods should be a priority of every eating establishment from a small family dining table to the largest dining hall. Be it for profit or personal consumption, foods are intended for nourishment and should be prepared under the highest degree of safety.

Certified Dietary Managers and Certified Food Protection Professionals are trained in food safety from purchasing to serving and storage. If we can be of service to you with basic food service concerns, please contact us.
