CDM Credentialing Exam Grant

The CDM Credentialing Exam Grant will be awarded in the form of a $399 credit and will be set up in the recipient's online account at www.ANFPonline.org.

If selected for this grant, the recipient will have 90 days from the award notification date to complete the exam registration process (including meeting CBDM eligibility requirements), and 90 days from date of CBDM e-mail notification of eligibility to sit for the exam in which you must register for and complete the exam with PSI Services, LLC (PSI).

NFEF will not make any reimbursements if exam registration fees are processed during the application window. All applications will be canceled.

Membership with ANFP is not required to apply for this grant.

Regional Meeting Grant

The Regional Meeting Grant will pay for the recipient’s priority meeting registration fees. A small stipend will also be provided to the recipient that can be used to off-set the cost of hotel, travel, and meals. The grant recipient must utilize ANFP’s lodging establishment and can take advantage of the special discounted room rates that are available to all attendees.


NFEF will not make any reimbursements if meeting registrations are processed during the application window. All applications will be canceled.
 
To apply for this grant, you must be an ANFP member and be employed.

The 2023 Regional Meeting grant will cover the priority registration fee of $179 and a stipend of $30.

 

Annual Conference & Expo Grant (ACE)

The Annual Conference & Expo Grant will pay for the recipient’s conference registration fees, plus a small stipend that will be provided to the recipient in check form. This stipend can be used to off-set the cost of hotel accommodations, travel related expenses, and meals. The grant recipient must utilize ANFP’s lodging establishment and can take advantage of the special discounted room rates that are available to all attendees.

 
NFEF will not make any reimbursements if meeting registrations are processed during the application window. All applications will be canceled.
 
To apply for this grant, you must be an ANFP member and be employed. 

The 2023 ACE grant covered the priority registration fees of $349 and a stipend of $151. 

 

Member Dues and Certification Fees Grant

Dues Grants are awarded to active ANFP members with a CDM, CFPP credential in good standing, who are experiencing financial difficulties that prevent them from paying their annual membership and certification dues. Applicants must demonstrate a financial need when completing the application requirements and are limited to receiving one Dues grant during the course of ANFP membership.

NFEF will not make any reimbursements if ANFP membership dues and certification fees are paid during the application window. All applications will be canceled. 

This grant will be open for applications between June 1 - July 15.

 

Hormel Health Labs Student Grant

The Hormel Health Labs Student Grant will be awarded to students accepted into (or currently enrolled in) an ANFP-Approved Training Program. The grant recipients will receive up to $601 to cover tuition and fees and a credit of $399 to cover the CDM Credentialing Exam registration fees. If tuition and fees have not been paid, a check from NFEF will be sent directly to the college or university (amount will not exceed $601). If tuition and fees have been paid in full for program costs, proof of payment must be submitted to the NFEF, and a check will be sent directly to the grant recipients. The CDM Credentialing Exam registration credit will be set up in the grant recipient's online account at www.ANFPonline.org. The exam must be taken within one year of program completion, and registration fee payment will be made one-time only. Recipients are required to be CBDM-approved as eligible to sit for the exam in accordance with CBDM policy. For more information, refer to www.CBDMonline.org. Any other exam-related costs will be the responsibility of the students.

Membership with ANFP is not required to apply for this grant.

Performance Foodservice CDM Credentialing Exam Preparation Grant

The Performance Foodservice CDM Credentialing Exam Preparation Grant will be awarded to candidates pursuing the CDM®, CFPP® credential. This grant covers the cost of ANFP exam study materials up to $225. If selected for this grant, the recipient will have 90 days from the award notification date to complete the exam study material purchase.

Membership with ANFP is not required to apply for this grant

Disaster Relief Grant

Disaster Relief Grants are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and will cover membership dues and certification fees for 2023-24 to ANFP members who reside or work in a federally declared disaster area. 

Disasters must be federally declared and must have occurred during ANFP's annual dues season: June 1, 2023 - September 30, 2023. Applications for this grant will be accepted through October 31, 2023. 

NFEF will not make any reimbursements if ANFP membership dues or certification fees are paid prior to applying for this grant, all applications will be canceled.
