Coronavirus Statement

ANFP is monitoring the COVID-19 situation very carefully and will keep everyone updated regarding this event. We are working closely with our hotel partner to ensure the highest standards of safety for all event participants, and to monitor any changes impacting our meeting location. We will keep event participants informed should there be any new developments impacting our events. For now, all standard meeting cancellation policies remain in place.

Apply for the Annual Conference & Expo Grant

The Annual Conference & Expo Grant will pay for the recipient’s Conference priority registration fees of $395, plus a small stipend in the amount of $105 that will be provided to the recipient in check form at the meeting. This stipend can be used to off-set the cost of hotel, travel, and meals. The grant recipient must utilize ANFP’s lodging establishment and can take advantage of the special discounted room rates that are available to all attendees.

Refund Policy: Cancellations/Substitutions/Transfers

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the meeting in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the meeting date. Substitutions or transfers to another meeting will be granted, prior to the start of the original meeting, for a $50 processing fee. Please mail, fax or email written cancellation, substitution, or transfer requests to:
