  • Attendees Believe in the Power of Foodservice at ANFP Annual Conference & Expo

    St. Charles, IL - The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) hosted its Annual Conference & Expo (ACE) from June 1-4 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. The theme of the conference was “Believe in the Power of Foodservice” and more than 400 attendees participated in four days of education, networking, and exhibits.

  • ANFP Recognizes 2018 Award Recipients at Annual Conference & Expo

    St. Charles, IL - The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) recently presented awards to several individuals and corporate partners that demonstrate the highest level of dedication to the association and the foodservice industry. The honors were awarded during ANFP's Annual Conference & Expo (ACE), which took place June 1-4 in Orlando, Fla. The ANFP awards program celebrates foodservice industry innovators and applauds individuals who advance and support Certified Dietary Managers and the CDM, CFPP credential.

The Washington Chapter of ANFP is an affiliate of the national not-for-profit association. ANFP was established in 1960 that today has over 14,000 professionals dedicated to the mission of providing optimum nutritional care through foodservice management.  

ANFP is the premier resource for food service managers, directors, and those aspiring to careers in food service management. ANFP members work in hospitals, long-term care, schools, correctional facilities, and other non-commercial settings. The association provides foodservice reference, publications and resources, employment services for members, continuing education and professional development, and certification programs. ANFP monitors industry trends and legislative issues, and publishes one of the industry's most respected magazine.

Vision -The Certified Dietary Manager is the cornerstone of the collaborative Dietetics profession.

Mission - Position the Certified Dietary Manager as the expert in foodservice management and food safety.
