The membership of WA ANFP is as diverse as the state itself.

Presently, Washington has approximately 180 certified members as well as students and associates. WA ANFP is committed to provide educational opportunities for its membership as they serve their employers and communities as Certified Dietary Managers. A Platinum State Achievement Award winner, WA ANFP is active as a non-profit organization. The elected executive board is single-minded in its goals to promote food safety, effective leadership and the latest knowledge in food-service for those that employ the Certified Dietary Manager. The elected board and other volunteers also lobby for food safety legislation and recognition of the certified dietary manager.
