To all VANFP Volunteer:
Thanks for stepping up and volunteering for this wonderful event. Our schedule for this day is all volunteers should arrive at Thurman Brisben Homeless shelter between 9:00am and 9:30am. Directions are at the bottom of this letter. We will begin to prepare our luncheon to be ready to be served by 12:00p.m. Following our service the Executive Director Bunny Meizer will provide us with a presentation about the shelter. Finishing up a little after 2:00pm, our board of directors meeting will be at 3:00pm at the hotel and all members are welcome to attend.
