Utah Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals
Welcome to the Utah ANFP Website.
The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals was established in 1960 and is an organization of professionals who are dedicated to achieving excellence in the food service industry. The ANFP nationwide has 15,000 certified members in all 50 states.
To become a Certified Dietary Manager a person must have training, education, experience and pass a nationally recognized credentialing exam. To keep these credentials a Dietary Manager is required to complete 45 hours of continuing education within a three year period.

The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals is the premier resource for foodservice managers, directors and those aspiring to careers in foodservice management.
Goals for 2012:
- Increase membership by 5%
- Include RD’s and Administrators by adding them to our e-mail list for our newsletters and seminars
- Participate in job fairs at local venues, culinary schools and colleges
- Have 2 members attend National annual meeting
- Achieve Diamond, Newsletter, Membership & Government Affair awards
