Welcome to the ANFP Career Planner!
In 2013, this page will be expanded to include a variety of resources to assist nutrition and foodservice professionals as they advance in their careers. We’ll be announcing new features here as a part of the launch of the new ANFP brand.
One of the best places to start planning a career in nutrition and foodservice is ANFP’s Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professionals (CDM, CFPP) program.
The CDM, CFPP is more than the letters after your name. It’s a career path that demonstrates your commitment to excellence in dietary management, and defines you as a highly qualified professional in your field.
Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professionals are nationally recognized experts at managing dietary operations. When you earn the credential, you prove your competence in areas such as foodservice management, personnel management, nutritional care, foodservice sanitation, and more (10 competency areas in all).
Your training options for the CDM,CFPP are flexible. Some students attend classes part-time while working in food service, and some choose independent study or online options. If you already have a related degree, you may already qualify for the CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam. There are four ways to qualify!
