Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Community is seeking a Director of Food Services for its independent and skilled nursing residents and its catering services.  Interested candidates must be Certified Dietary Managers, possess management, budgeting and organizational skills, have knowledge of DHEC regulations and expertise in completing required clinical documentation for the department and for the eighty-eight dually certified skilled nursing beds.
