From the President of Oregon ANFP:
I am very excited about receiving the Platinum Award from Nationals this year. With hard work and strong communications we were able to get this prestigious award. Thanks to each of you who volunteer your time to work on projects, attend meetings; assist in planning meetings and giving your heart to make your organization all that it is.
The Goals for OR ANFP:
Increase Oregon Membership by 3%
Work towards the Diamond Award
Connect the Students and Enrollee’s to a Mentor who lives close by.
In looking at our Organization this past year I feel I would like to capture the Student and the Enrollee’s and offer them the support, encouragement and resource of a Mentor. It would be my goal to have the Mentor be the connection to ANFP that would help the student or Enrollee through all the challenges that these people face. The Mentor knows how hard it is to be studying, hold down a job, and meet family obligations all at one time. They would be there to assist the Student or Enrollee in offering solutions, suggestions, and support as they go through the course. Don’t be surprised if I call upon you to Mentor someone in your area. Remember that your gift of support to them is one that could be just what they need to complete the course and become certified. Please let me know if you would be interested in mentoring a student or enrollee.
