After a tornado hit Woodward, Oklahoma on April 15, 2012 Kathe Peil, CDM, CFPP, her husband Mickey, and two grandchildren were sleeping as their home was hit. The young girls had minor injuries and are being treated in the local hospital, but Kathe and Mickey had to be Mediflight to Amarillo, TX with critical injuries.

Mickey succumbed to his injuries that evening. Kathe is stable at this time but needs surgery.  However, this cannot be done until she is more stable. She alsohas a few broken ribs & a collapsed lung.
The family appreciates the support from friends and the community.

Special note for districts: When planning district meetings, please be considerate of the officers planning the state meetings. If at all possible, do not plan to have any district meetings or events in April or October. The State Meetings are held twice a year, in April and October. The state meetings are always on Thursday\s and Fridays, and are usually the week of the 20th. Thanks!
