training, and experience to competently perform the responsibilities
of a dietary manager and has proven this by passing a national-recognized
credentialing exam and fulfilling the requirements needed
to maintain certified status. Certification—What does it mean to you and your facility? Why
should I take the CBDM credentialing exam? In a busy world where
there are numerous demands on our time, this is a fair question.
