Summary:
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Area General Manager of Food and Nutrition Services in Palo Alto, California. Our Senior Area General Manager will oversee the patient services, retail cafe operations, physicians dining and catering services for Stanford University Medical Center and Lucille Packard Children's hospital. This is a top in-unit leadership position for a "system" of accounts. You'll be the single point of contact for client liaison to drive and support the expectations of Sodexo Divisions while supporting our mission and values. This position would support system/multi-site business that in total is greater than $10 million in managed volume (mega accounts) with one or more core services, ES, Eng, Food. The position would support the selling strategy of targeting large "system sales." Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
*Registered Dietitian or Certified Dietary Manager with a Bachelor's degree. Candidates without either of those credentials must have a BS degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or Food Science to meet California regulatory requirements.
*Senior-level management experience in a high-volume, multi-unit healthcare environment preferred.
*Strong leadership skills and results-oriented focus.
