Responsibilities:
As a Certified Dietary Manager (SNF), you'll assist in planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and directing the Food Services Department programs and activities. You'll also assist in developing and maintaining written food services policies/procedures, job descriptions, and performance evaluations for all department personnel. You'll review and assist in developing a plan of correction for food services, as well as perform administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
Position requirements include:
*Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a supervisory capacity within a hospital, nursing care facility or other medical facility.
*Must be registered as a Certified Dietary Manager.
*Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association.
*Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy is required.
*Must be knowledgeable of food services practices and procedures.
*Must pass the criminal background check.
