Medical Facilities of America, a premier provider of skilled/transitional and long term care nursing and rehabilitation in Virginia and North Carolina has 3 current openings for Dining Services Managers in our North Carolina region:
Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, NC-180 bed
Charlotte Health Care Center in Charlotte, NC-120 bed
Lexington Health Care Center in Lexington, NC-100 bed
Responsibilities include overall management of the Dining Services Department including financial and personnel management, ensuring proper foodservice operations as well as gathering nutrition information as part of the MDS/RAI process, and collaborating with the Registered Dietitian and the rest of the interdisciplinary team regarding nutritional care planning and other patient care initiatives.
Certified Dietary Manager or graduate of accredited dietetic technician program, or graduate of a 4-yr program in Nutrition or related field, or Registered Dietitian. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Previous experience in health care food service preferred.
