Summary: Directs activities of the Nutrition Services Departments providing quantity food service and nutritional care for patients, visitors, guests and medical center staff at all three locations. Administers, plans and directs activities of department providing quantity food service and clinical nutritional care. Establishes policies and procedures, provides administrative direction of menu formulation, food preparation and service, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, education of staff and personnel utilization.

Requirements: Qualifications:Education, Credentials, LicensesBachelor s Degree in Dietetics or FoodserviceRegistered DietitianLicensed Dietitian in the State of KentuckySpecialized Knowledge:JCAHO standards5 years management experience in Healthcare institution.Desirable:Master s degree in nutrition, business, or healthcare administration.Knowledge of basic spreadsheet and work processing computer operation.Multi-site Institutional healthcare experience in an acute care hospital (400+ bedsCommercial Food, restaurant, operational expansion.
