Gallins Foods Inc is a Food Contract company that has expanded their services to Healthcare/ Long Term Care Facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to join us as we are rapidly growing. We are currently seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team and provide clinical care to multiple long-term care facilities in North Carolina. This vital position will allow you the opportunity to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to all levels of acuity and a wide variety of disease states. You will utilize your clinical knowledge and gain experience while having the support of both the facility and Gallins Health Care Division Team. The optimal candidate will have a strong knowledge of State and Federal Regulations for LTC.and a strong background and knowledge in clinical nutrition, including enteral feeding and wound care assessments

Requirements:
Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association and/or licensed in Dietetics by the state of North Carolina. Must be experienced with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet Must be able to successfully complete criminal background checks (State and Federal) and drug screenings
