Dietary Services Manager

Summary:
Oversee, manage and supervise the dietary department for this 299 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Assure compliance with all State and Federal Regulations, manage dietary purchases within budget. Maintain high resident satisfaction with meal service by accommodation and education. Work with facility IDT and work close with residents and their families.

Requirements:
Completion of accredited course in Dietary Management. Experience in Healthcare 3-5 years minimum. Above average communication skills. Ability to be flexible. Must feel and project our residents are our main priority. Ability to work with facility DTR and RD to assure all documentation is current and accurate. Communicate with facility Administrator and facility Department Heads. Complete tasks on time.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary is based on experience. Benefits: Medical and Dental available after 90 days-partially employer paid. Vacation-2weeks after one year. Holidays-6 throughout the year. Other optional insurances available.
