Summary:
Brooke Grove Retirement Village is seeking a full time Certified Dietary Manager to serve as our Culinary Services Manager. The Culinary Services Manager leads and manages the culinary department in our 168-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center. The Culinary Services Manager reports to the Assistant Administrator and works closely with other department heads in order to plan and execute dining events in the facility. The Culinary Services Manager is responsible for all food preparation, dining room services, purchases and manages inventory, ensures the highest level of nutrition and food quality, and complies with Federal, State, and local health department regulations.

Requirements:
*Must be a Certified Dietary Manager.
*Minimum 2 years as Dietary Manager or similar position in health care setting.
*Excellent communication, written and verbal.
*Able to work some evenings, weekends, holidays, as needed.
*Able to interact positively with people of all ages.
Salary & Benefits:
This is a salaried position. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health and dental, 403(b) plan, and supplemental benefit options.
