Debbie Howell, CDM, CFPP is a certified Serv Safe instructor. Debbie's education in dietary management from the University of North Dakota and 7 years as Health Care Specialist for Food Services of America helps her offer practical implementation of food handling practices in food service facilities. Debbie is currently the president of the Idaho Dietary Managers Association and also held the office of treasurer in 2003 – 2005 and president elect from 2005 – 2007.
