Refund Policy: Refunds on cancellations will be made only upon written notification of cancellation on or before June 1, 2012. There is a $25 charge for any refund made after registration has been received. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between May 18 - June 1, 2012. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after June 1, 2012. Charge for returned NSF check: $25. Your meeting confirmation, cancelled check or credit card statement serves as your receipt.

Business casual attire is encouraged for all events, with the exception of the Leadership Recognition Banquet. This event is semi-formal, with black tie optional.
