Why? Why Not! How to Turn Inspiration into Innovation and Ideas into Results
Toni Newman
The world is innovating around us and it hasn’t asked our permission. So how do leaders thrive in the midst of all this change? How do leaders stay inspired and continue to provide value for those we serve? The answer lies in our ability not only to adapt to change but to embrace it and put it to work. This is a fun, thought-provoking session. The objective is to challenge you to think differently about the skills that today’s leaders need to thrive. Better versus Different. Improvement versus Innovation. We’ll look at a very practical process that you can add to your leadership toolbox, called the Five S Solution – an easy to follow but highly effective formula that helps leaders and their teams turn inspiration into innovation and ideas into results. Then we’ll put you to work – creating and designing experiences that bring value to your organization and those you serve.
Learning Objectives:
- Discover the three most important skills that leaders need to thrive in today’s changing world.
- Embrace two simple words that inspire teams to move from “reasons we can’t” to “reasons we can.”
- Learn a simple but highly practical and effective approach to creating more “ideas that work” more often:ideas that can get more of the results you and your organization need and want.
- Apply the process and leave with ideas that you can implement the moment you get back to work.
